Tree Trimming & Pruning Services
Tree trimming is a necessary and vital service for any tree. It's usually done for a variety of reasons including safety, vanity and the blocking of paths or sight. Old, dead branches fall, so it's important to make sure trees are properly maintained.
Trees also need to be trimmed due to branches that haven't grown in the right way or are visually unsightly. Another reason for trimming might be because of branches that grow too close to power lines or are blocking a driveway entrance. Low hanging branches can be annoying, unsightly and even a hazard. This is one of our most common services, so we're confident that we can keep your trees healthy, beautiful and safe.
There's no better way to give a tree, shrub, hedge, rose bush, or other landscaping feature a long and healthy future than to have pruning done regularly. Because trees and shrubs that are not properly maintained are suseptible to disease, pruning is useful for removing dead, decaying bark, branches and/or insect-infested wood. When we remove damaged parts, it allows oxygen to hit the wound and actually encourages quicker healing and a much healthier future. Another important service we provide in our pruning work involves "beautifying" the tree or shrub: we remove branches that have grown too long or are growing in an awkward un-natural form. The purpose of pruning is to shape the plant by controlling or directing plant growth, to maintain the health of the plant, or to increase the yield or quality of flowers and fruits.
Sometimes a tree or shrub must be removed. There are many reasons that this is sometimes necessary, including making way for new construction, replacement for a different type of specimen, crowding or causing harm to other plants, causing obstructions that are impossible to correct through pruning, trimming and/or cutting services, disease problems, and storm damage.
Tree Cabling & Bracing Service
Cabling and Bracing tree supports are added to help maintain a tree's structure and to protect any vulnerable areas of the tree.
Tree support sysstems are used for split trees and as another option for tree removal. Because they are not guaranteed for the life of the tree, cabling-bracing equipment should be inspected on an annual basis. Upgrades and replacement should be utilized if necessary.
